John has over 30 years experience in the engineering and building industry. After graduating from the University of Detroit with a Bachelors of Civil Engineering degree, John gained experiences for his profession with Catalytic Engineering Inc. in Philadelphia and later with Robert E Lamb Inc. in Valley Forge as a Civil design engineer. During that time he received this Master of Civil Engineering degree from Villanova University and obtained his Pennsylvania Professional Engineering License in 1981. In 1982 John started Nova Design and Construction Co to do residential and commercial design and development work. During that time John did considerable development and construction work in the Delaware and Chester county areas. In 1997 John started John Samar Builders, Custom House Building & Additions specializing in upper end luxury homes. In that time, John has left his footprint signature homes all over the Western Philadelphia suburbs. John is committed to building as close to a perfect home as possible. His unique ability to design and oversee every step of the building process has built his reputation as one of the premier builders in the area. John’s motto is “consider it done” and that is how he approaches his commitment to his customers.
